She cannot go unnoticed due to her curvaceous body but actress Moesha Boduong has revealed in an interview that the use of waist trainers or waist training has a role to play in attaining the kind of butt she flaunts.

Waist training is a gradual process of waist reduction using a waist-cinching corset.

“Yes I have been waist training and I have been doing this for more than three years and I can boldly say that, I have not regretted. It is actually the best thing that has ever happened to me or the best decision I have ever taken.

“I have always had a well endowed ‘behind’ but waist training has helped in enhancing it, now my butt is really out, my stomach is smaller and my waist is more thinly,” she said.

Is she aware that, there could be some health implications, she answered; “there is likely to be health implications if the one wearing it is suffocating because the trainer is very tight. It should be worn in a way that breathing freely is possible.”

She quickly came to the defense that she waist trains to look sexy in other to attract men; “I do not do it for men, no, I do it because it brings out my curves and makes me sexy. I feel good in it. It also helps me in controlling my diet,” she noted.

“I love to wear tight clothes, I love to wear crop tops that will show my stomach, I love my body and I love to flaunt it so that is it, not because I want the attention of men,” she added.

For the Blood Line actress, waist training is something she has no intention of putting an end to due to the benefits that comes with it.

To those who are against it she said; “I want to tell them to try it. Some of the people who talk and condemn this act are those who have not tried using it and so they do not have any idea how wonderful the end results are.”

According to Boduong, she has always wanted to act but she took it seriously as a career two years ago. She is a graduate of the University of Ghana, Legon where she studied Theatre Arts.

She described herself as principled, God fearing, fun to be with and is guided by the principle that, “whatever you find yourself doing, do it diligently because you may never know who is watching.

Some of the movies she has featured in include; A Sting in a Tail, Die With Me, Blood line, Vi times, Yvonne’s Tears, Hostage, Vultures of Horror, The Last Part and Mysterious Girls.
