Twerking often ends up being more annoying than it is sexy.
But can it also be criminal?
The DC police seem to think so because they are looking for two women
on charges of third degree sexual assault after one of them started
twerking against a terrified man. Check out surveillance video from the
convenience store where the alleged crime took place:
