Well, you have seen the videos and photos from Reggie N Bollie’s
colourful homecoming, but according to British media, all may not be
well at camp as they claim the wives of the Xfactor finalists are
beefing.
Is this a machination of the press to plant discord in the group ahead of the Saturday finals? Read and share your views.
According to Britain’s The Mirror newspaper, Reggie’s wife Edith was
heard shouting at Bollie’s spouse Mira: “Don’t ever talk to me like that
again. Don’t ever speak to me like that. Especially not in front of
other people.”
The incident is said to have taken placed on a bus which was laid on for
the event, with the two families eventually sitting in separate areas
in an effort to allay the tension.
“It had been a really busy day and tempers were fraught,” an insider
told the publication. “All the boys’ families had come out to show their
support and things just got a little bit too much for everyone.
“Reggie and Bollie have known each other for years, as have their families. Their wives usually get on so well.”
The singers haven’t spoken about the alleged incident, instead focusing
on how “overwhelmed” they have been by the support they have received
from fans of the show.
The duo has been praised for bringing the fun factor to this year’s (15)
series, with sparky renditions of pop songs including Who Let The Dogs
Out and What Makes You Beautiful.
The pair is competing against Louisa Johnson and Che Chesterman in the
final. Louisa has been hotly-tipped as the likely winner, but that is
now in doubt after she was forced to cancel a show in Liverpool because
she was ill.
“Unfortunately Louisa is unwell and we have been advised by doctors that
she currently needs to be on bed and voice rest ahead of this weekend’s
final,” a spokesperson told Metro.co.uk on Thursday (09Dec15).
