“Ghana Rocks” has revealed that the much anticipated event has been called off.
He broke the news on Pluzzfm’s flagship
program “Ampluzz” attributing Charterhouse’s inability to organize the show
this year to lake of proper sponsorship and appealed corporate comes on board
next year.
“We couldn’t find the kind of sponsorship
we wanted to get Ghana Rocks on the ground. Two, ourselves all through the year
we have been discussing repackaging Ghana Rocks.”
“... Yes we would blame ourselves for not
being awake enough, but the truth of the matter is that we were not able to
find the kind so sponsorship that we will need to be able to put out there the
way you will appreciate it.”
George also threw light on preparations for
VGMA’s come next year.
