Mzbel took to her Instagram handle to express her displeasure about
an encounter she had while on a visit to the Flagstaff house.
According to the post, she was embarrassed at how the security men
there prevented people from entering because of their choice of clothes.
In the post also, she urged the office of the president to educate
the public on what to wear and what not to so that they do not act out
of ignorance.
Her post read; It’s really sad how security men at flagstaff house
and parliament house take pride in embarrassing visitors for their
choice of cloths, meanwhile there’s is no formal notice to inform the
general public about dress code… I see it happen all the time and I’ve
complained several times but nothing has been done yet so ladies the
dress code is “below your knee” and guys “no shorts or round neck
t-shirt” abeg tell someone to tell someone! Good Morning
