Shatta Wale To Perform On A Political Platform In Tamale
The self-acclaimed Ghanaian dancehall king, Shatta Wale, is to perform at the campaign launch of the Minister of Roads and Highways, Alhaji Inusah Fuseini in Tamale on Saturday, October 1.

Shatta Wale was expected to touch down in Tamale on Friday and prior to his arrival, many adverts of the ‘kakai’ hit singer have been running on many radio stations in the Tamale metropolis.

Tundra pickups with loud speakers have been roaming the streets playing Shatta Wale’s song, “Mahama paper” and a popular Dagbani song, “Wumpini” which literally means “God’s gift” in preparation for Shatta Wale’s arrival.

Some cheerful party supporters and fans of Shatta Wale have been gathering in groups wearing National Democratic Congress (NDC) colours and Shatta Wale’s T-Shirts in many parts of the Tamale Central constituency.

Some of the party supporters who spoke to Graphic Online expressed the hope that the campaign launch would receive a massive attendance.
