Trigga Trey cannot get enough of Africa. He’s been to Nigeria and
South Africa more times than we can count, and now he’s making his way
to East Africa for the season finale of Coke Studio Africa.
The announcement was made on Wednesday and it was revealed that the singer will be teaming up with some of the biggest acts on the continent as Coke Studio wraps up its fourth season with another American guest (last season they brought Ne-Yo).
He’s going to be working with the likes of: Nyashinski (Kenya). Yemi Alade (Nigeria), Vanessa Mdee (Tanzania), Rema (Uganda), Neyma (Mozambique), Serge Beynaud (French West Africa), Lij Michael (Ethiopia), Stonebwoy (Ghana), and Emtee (South Africa).
Confirming the news to www.nydjlive.com, Blakk Cedi, road manager for the BET Award winner Stonebwoy said:
“You are too fast. It’s true and we are leaving Ghana for the recording session on Monday”
The tune will be produced by DJ Maphorisa.
We can’t wait to hear how this comes out!
