Shatta Wale Excited His Song ‘Kakai’ Was Played At NPP Manifesto Launch
Dancehall ‘king’ Shatta Wale seems to have enthralled the flagbearer’s of the two major parties as his songs are played everywhere you go.  The New Patriotic Party launched their 2016 elections manifesto at the Trade Fair Centre in Accra Sunday, and Shatta’s hit single, ‘Kakai’, received a prominent airplay during the flagbearer’s appearance.  It has also been played at other NPP campaign rallies, and Shatta has finally responded to the use of the song.

Remember, he has strongly maintained neutrality during this election season, only saying he is ready to do business with any party that would pay him.

“I never knew Nana Akuffo was a great fan …U deh come like kakai ampa” Shatta wrote on social media after the launch.

And with the NDC claiming his ‘Mahama Paper’ single and now the NPP claiming ‘Kakai’ – Shatta might just turn out to have the biggest entertainment influence on this year’s election.

“This years politics is called shattatics” no wonder he added this comment as well.
