Stonebwoy Accorded King Of African Reggae Dancehall Music By Coca-Cola Africa

Can we say this titled bestowed on Stonebwoy by Coke Studio Africa settles the debate about who is the dancehall king? We all know Shatta Wale has adjudged himself as the Dancehall king but as to whether it’s limited to just Ghana or not is another debate.
Coke Studio Africa has mentioned in a tweet that, Stonebwoy has earned the title of the African Reggae Dancehall King and described him as hugely talented.

It appears Stonebwoy was soo excited about the title conferred on him by a huge brand like Coca Cola and couldn’t hide his excitement as he posted a screenshot of the post made by Coca Cola and added that, only the meek shall inherit the earth.
Stonebwoy was among the few artistes chosen to attend the Coke Africa Studio session in Kenya for it’s 4th season.
Shatta Wale also happens to be one of the artistes from Ghana chosen to be present at this year’s session and we are yet to know how things ended up.
Ghbase.com feels that, now that Stonebwoy has been crowned the King of African Reggae Dancehall by Coca Cola when Shatta Wale is yet to record at the studio, Shatta Wale would have to fight for another title when he gets the chance to finally record–maybe he would be crowned Warrior of African Reggae Dancehall Music.
