Benedicta on New Year Eve , gathered widows across Kumasi to celebrate the occasion with them which was held at Ascension Baptist church at Bomso, a suburb of Kumasi in Ashanti Region.
According to Benedicta, it was her vision to make widows happy by worshiping God with them that very day and enjoy the Christmas festivities with them despite the lost of their husbands.
Speaking to Kessben Media Entertainment reporter Leticia Asante, she disclosed that she will continue to give away items to widows and orphanages in the coming years.
“it’s not the first time of me given out items to widows and Orphanages, I started it years back at the various homes of the widows, but this year, decided to organize them at Ascension Baptist church where my spiritual father Evangelist Paa Kwasi presides as one of the church Pastors. I was expecting 50 people on board the program but attendance shot up to over 300 hundred widows”
The program was graced by the Gospel artist Bro Sammy who shook the stage with musical interludes which made Benedicta and the widows danced together for the love of God, the protection and how far he has brought them.
