In our industry where contracts and agreements are not respected as compared to the other countries, issues about who is right or wrong when a breach of contract appears is always dicey.
Latest in the industry to add up to the “spice of confusion” on contractual agreement is between Keche and Spyderlee that broke on AM Pluzz (Pluzz 89.9fm) some few days ago.
Whilst Spyderlee is alleging that they paid for the house rent of music group Keche for two years in a separate apartments, the group members made up of Joshua and Andrew have also debunked that rumour saying that nothing of that sort happened between them.
Again, there were allegations about a car (Hyundai Elantra) which was given to the artistes for their business activities and yet they have declined receiving anything like that.
To support their claims, Spyderlee Entertainment which is being represented by Edwin Adinkra has provided photo evidence to prove himself and his outfit for taking care of their side of the bargain in their contract with Keche.
