This legendary reggae musician from Ghana does not need any
introduction even on the international stage. He has bagged several
awards and his current album ‘Branches of The Same Tree’
was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Reggae Album in 2015 which he
came close to winning.
Rocky’s style of singing takes root in true and
pure reggae which is mostly linked to great legends of the genre like
Bob Marley, Culture, Peter Tosh and more.
With such great talent on the continent, the reggae industry is in
the right hand. He has also motivated several of the new generation who
he performs with at times on his tours teaching them the actual value
the genre carries and the need to hold it in high esteem.

The sensational vocalist celebrates his birthday today and the music
world have been buzzing with messages for him. The singer of the group
is known for his talents and delivery, put him on any song and he will
kill either the hook or chorus and even the verses very well. Mugeez
have won several awards with his group mate Omar Sterling (PaeDae).
They have traveled very far and near to serve lovers of good music
and entertainment the best from Ghana. Mugeez started his musical
journey from infancy in Tema where he was born, he has never shy away
from his hood.
