Media’s yet-to-be-shot movie expected to be premiered on Easter Friday.
The man considered one of Africa’s most talented actors, by both Movie Awards and Movie Magic’s Africa Magic Cable network at the press conference of the movie held on Wednesday, February 15 in Accra said this is his first time in Ghana to shoot a movie after 18 years.
Telling why he declines offers from Ghanaian movie producers, Pete Edochie disclosed that those who approached him lack pedigree. According to him, he accepted to work with Kofi Asamoah, boss of Kofas Media because of his track record.
He stated that “I’ve been fond of this country and it dates back to 1957 when the Ghanaian team beat Nigerian team by seven goals to nil.”
