A gathering of Waakye lovers is set to take place at the forecourt of Live 91.9 FM, Adabraka on Friday, February 24, 2017.
Dubbed #WaakyeIsBae, it will be hosted by Jay Foley and Jeremie, co-hosts of Live Breakfast Club, the nation’s biggest urban breakfast conversation.

The team will serve patrons waakye with hot pepper, wele, fish, salad, meat and fried plantain.

Station Executives say the initiative is to show and share love with its listeners. Meet the team tomorrow between 6:30 and 8:30am.

#WaakyeIsBae is supported by 2131 – Ghana’s Biggest Social network.

Live FM parades the best of presenters and DJs in the industry including Jay Foley, Jeremie, Antoine Mensah, Sammy Forson, Berla Mundi, Vanessa Gyan, DJ L0rd, Regina Krave, Pastor Micheal Sagoe, Jason, Kofi Okyere Darko (KOD), Sheldon, DJ Bass, DJ Isaac Cool, DJ Mingle, Bianca Buckman, Jeshurun Okyere and Masta Jay.
