Newcastle have agreed on a deal to sign Christian Atsu from Chelsea, according to reports in the U.K.
Astu is reportedly joining the Magpies on a four year deal worth £6.2 million.
The 25-year-old impressed as Newcastle marched to the EFL Championship title this season.
The winger made 32 league appearances and scored five times to help Rafael Bennitez’s side earn promotion back into the Premier League.
Atsu arrived at St James Park on loan from Stamford Bridge ahead of the current season. It was his fifth loan move since joining Chelsea from Porto in September 2013, following spells at Vitesse, Everton, Bournemouth and Malaga.
