Top Ghanaian reggae/dancehall act Stonebwoy (born Livingstone Satekla) will perform at this year’s Makossa Pan- African Art and Culture Festival this Saturday, April 22 at Villverde.
The headline act, the BET laureate will be joined by other acts as the Selam Band, DJ Jazzy Dave, and DJ Caress. Known for his impressive stage culture and aptitude with the live band, Stonebwoy (whose recent singles include One Thing, Enku Lenu, Migraine, and Come From Far) looks to render never-before seen performances at the festival.
It is put together by Afro Century International Events in collaboration with the Ethiopian Tourism Organisation, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, IGAD, Iris Events, Qedamawi Records, as well as Telsem Media and Communication TLC.
Stonebwoy is CEO of BMG, the record label he founded after leaving Samini Music years ago. He is also scheduled to release his forthcoming EOM album in coming months.
