Afia Schwarzenegger has applauded Sulley Muntari after the former Ghana
international walked off the pitch during a Serie A game.
The Pescara midfielder was infuriated after unsuccessfully trying to get the referee to halt the April 30 game at Cagliari after he was racially abused by the home fans.
Muntari’s incessant complaint to the referee attracted a second yellow, but was subsequently overturned by the Italian FA after the fans’ conduct triggered widespread condemnations.
Adding her voice to the inhumane treatment meted out to Muntari, the Comedy Queen commended the midfielder for gathering such courage to stand and fight for his right.
“Let me crush on my very own brother, always standing for your right...dude that act was so mature men. Congratulations Sulley Muntari,” she said.
The controversial radio star shared the post on her Instagram account.
